  I rented a road bike from Avanti while visiting Hobart for a conference, as I wanted to ride up Mt Wellington. The service Wayne and his staff provided was outstanding from the time I emailed to make a booking, to the time I dropped the bike off at the end of my ride. Wayne and his friendly Sat AM bunch even rode with me to the base of the main climb, which was a great way to start the ride. Excellent, and genuinely friendly service - highly recommend Avant Hobart.

  I've only had food&coffee at the café but judging from the professional and friendly service there and employees helping with tips for hiking tours, the bike-related stuff just can't be bad! Great place for breakfast if you're staying at Woolmers Apartments (smoothies, coffee drinks, sandwiches...), with reasonable prices.

  We were going to do the usual Mt Wellington descent but dropped by the Avanti shop one day and Wayne gave us 3 bikes on hire and dropped us at the top of the north-south track. We had a great time. Much more mountain biking than we would have got. Great service. Highly recommended.

  I would give 6 stars if possible! Hobart Avantiplus always provide extremely friendly and professional customer service. They actually do go above and beyond and am pleasantly surprised each time I visit. Thanks for all the hard work and kind assistance as I slowly learn more about bikes. Will be back for the next service or request for help (which is fairly common). Highly recommend.
