  Absolutely loved our stay at Wrest Point. The casino downstairs is busy but even though we were staying on level 1 there wasn’t any noise of trouble. The view from our room was just lovely (mountain view). Higher would’ve been better because we could see the car park in front of the mountains so avoid the lower levels in possible. Location is super convenient and being able to look out at the yachts in the morning and during sunset is just beautiful. Overall service was good. We didn’t eat any of our meals there so can’t comment on the food but there is a big buffet spread available downstairs. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was a bit smaller than I would’ve liked but overall manageable. Plenty of onsite parking and hotel staff to answer any of your questions. Would happily be back!

  Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had at the new restaurant - Kwan Ho! Also, our waiter was just incredible; so helpful, knowledgeable and had amazing attention to detail. I think his name was Lewis and he may have been the manager. He made sure all my dishes were vegan, so shout out to him for being so fabulous at his job!

  Good price for $10 meals. But the meals was a little on the small side so ended up buying another meal. Otherwise very nice. Nice service.

  Located just outside of Hobart, a visit to Wrest Point should be on every tourists travel itinerary. Boasting several exceptional restaurants and bars, Wrest Point is the perfect place to relax while taking in an unrivalled view of Hobart. The tables are friendly, and the service is impeccable throughout the casino. Do yourself a favour, drop by and see for yourself.

  Stayed 2 nights in room with water view.room very nice.great facilities. Staff very easy going. Here for cold chisel concert. Great time pier one restaurant for dinner delicious preshow dinner.
