A Good branch with almost no queues.

The bank staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. my gripe is with the bank's support for the fossil fuel industry. If it doesn't change then my 30+ year relationship with the bank may have to.

I don't have a problem with the people who work in this branch of Commonwealth Bank, but I do have a major problem with the fact that the Commonwealth bank is the biggest funder of fossil fuels in Australia - last year they gave $3.9 BILLION to fossil fuel projects that are contributing to climate change. I have been with this bank for nearly 20 years, and I am deeply disappointed that my money is being used in such an irresponsible way. My kids have Commonwealth bank accounts through school. But if they don't change their policy on supporting projects like the Adani mine, we'll be leaving soon.
