    Friendly and helpfully staff has good variety of product convenient location not much parking out front tho.

    Did not call to let me know scrips were ready as promised, No discussion with me about the medications when I came in to collect and no checking that the number and typeof the medications were correct before completing the payment, No copies of the filled scripts in with the medications No eftpos working and, even though it appears that the staff were aware that the machines had not been working all day, this was not explained to me till after I had tried my cards a couple of times. The staff I spoke to had seemed to have no idea why the machines were not working. Finally, got home to find that some of the medications were missing which required me calling up to check on these (no call from the pharmacy to let me know) and to come in again and collect. Will not be going back to this pharmacy!

    Chemist Warehouse Sandy Bay have lost my repeat prescriptions twice. I won't be going back again!
