  The dumpling taste not good , and only warm like just microwaved .the fried fish is good and the dinning set A are really too much for two people , three maybe perfect .

  Bad, real bad service. Food is as bad and make shift. Worst restaurant experience ever. Lost for words to describe! Dodgy as no official receipt available except for a handwritten paper. Was charged for item we did not order and a tub of steam white rice for AUD15. Cashier could not provide a proper receipt. Avoid it at all cost. Little wonder why there are so many bad reviews in tripadvisor too.

  Comparing this place to the other Chinese restaurant I went to on my holiday at Hobart which was the AWU Delicious Food Chinese Restaurant, I preferred this place by a long shot. Chinese Tasty BBQ Restaurant is delicious authentic Chinese cuisine for a reasonable price.

  This place really doesn't get enough credit for its great food. I come from a Chinese background and found the food here both authentic and enjoyable. The meals are cheap and affordable and the the roast duck was fantastic, with a crispy skin and juicy centre.

  We found the restaurant very overpriced. The pork was not a nice dish and looked nothing like the photographed version on menu and recommended by staff. Sorry wont be back.

  My partner and I went twice in a week after our first visit! A simple Chinese restaurant but the food is what brings the excitement. It's amazing! The restaurant decor is dated and we found it a bit cold inside due to the large space, but don't let all of that put you off an amazing meal.
